Gold/Ethan/Hibiki ★ "" is pretty shonen hero-ish. Hotblooded and proud and very friendship based. Trains Dragon types, which does mean they he gets owned by the rest of the Johto group, but does that stop him? Hell no.

Silver ★ "" is an awkward blend of pure asshattery and tsudere with emphasis on the tsun. He also tends to flounce, but this is gameverse so that's expected. Trains Ice types.

Ruby/Brendan/Yuki ★ "Sean"

Sapphire/May/Haruka ★ "Terra" is this lovely girl you are reading the journal of. Usually fairly nice, but she's got the tsundere streak of her trio. She's also hella competative. Trains Ground types, which is a bitch since a lot of her region likes Water types. Sean included.

Pearl/Barry/Jun ★ "" is still the hyperactive dork that he is in the games, only moreso. Trains Fighting types.

Diamond/Lucas/Koki ★ "" is a serious guy. Not absurdly so, as he will crack a joke occasionally, but for the most part he's very solemn. Trains Dark types.
